Matthew Gillis is a seasoned software executive focused on business development, marketing, account management, and product management in high-growth technology businesses. He brings over 25 years of experience in the legal domain, with depth in the P&C insurance and healthcare spaces. He has a proven ability to deliver top-line growth and bottom line results in fast moving environments from a mix of organic and inorganic revenue.
Matthew joined Neota Logic as President in 2015, and is focused on commercializing the Neota Logic platform. He previously served as Vice President & Managing Director of LexisNexis’ litigation software and services division where he delivered double-digit growth, refined the divisional strategy, and executed strategic acquisitions and divestitures while consolidating locations into a center of excellence to achieve growth goals. He has a passion for building high-performing technology teams and products to delight clients.
Matthew has a Bachelor of Arts in History and Government from Colby College and a JD from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is an attorney, admitted to the NY and CT bar associations, and frequently writes and speaks on trends in legal and compliance technology.
