Neota Appoints Customer Success Manager, Americas

Neota Logic, creators of the world’s leading AI automation platform announced today the appointment of Jack Stanovsek to Customer Success Manager, Americas.

As Customer Success Manager, Jack will be responsible for managing Neota’s expanding client base in North America, along with the wider Global Customer Success team.

Max Paterson, Global Head of Customer Success at Neota commented, ‘Jack will be a great asset as we guide user adoption and usage in a way that helps every customer achieve outstanding results with Neota’s market-leading no-code automation platform’.

Before joining Neota Logic Jack worked for the regulator of the legal profession in Victoria, Australia where he investigated allegations of disciplinary breaches against Victorian lawyers and assisted the regulator with disciplinary prosecutions. He also clerked for the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office’s Regulation and Disciplinary Law division and MinterEllison’s Employment Law division. Jack graduated with First Class Honors from Melbourne Law School and earned his LLM from New York University School of Law where he focused on new technology law and information privacy law.

Jack commented, ‘I’m a huge fan of the Neota no-code platform having used it at Melbourne Law School where we developed an application that allows Aboriginal public housing tenants in remote areas of the Northern Territory to request repairs from the Territory government and initiate class action compensation proceedings. I look forward to working with the global team to guide customers in their journey to success’.
