Contract Creation Consistency and Efficiency Gains Expected

Neota Logic will automate Wesfarmers’ non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) using their PerfectNDA solution to reduce time and cost for the Wesfarmers legal team. Following this initial step, consideration will be given to applying the Neota Logic platform to other legal processes that may benefit from automation and provide the company and legal team with real savings in time and money while optimising deployment of legal resources.
