New Joiner profile: Melanie Segraves

As a Pre-Sales Engineer, Melanie advises companies on all things related to no-code development, from process engineering to project management.  Before joining the Client Solutions and Consulting Team in 2022, she was a Neota client herself. Melanie draws on her experience as an advanced Neota builder to help other people design and deploy their digital solutions.

“Whenever I’m speaking with a prospective client,” says Melanie,” I think, what would I want to know in the same situation? I’m always learning something about Neota from my teammates and customers. I love being able to share that knowledge with others.”

Melanie got into no-code development while working as a KM Analyst for a major transatlantic law firm. However, her interest in automation most likely comes from her experience with MarTech (CRM, content marketing, etc.) before that. Melanie has a diverse background that includes sales, marketing, business writing, and proposal development.

She enjoys being creative, whether writing a proposal, developing software, or painting with her daughter at home. Melanie is based in the US but works with Neota prospects and clients worldwide. You can reach Melanie by email or on LinkedIn.
