McCann FitzGerald, winner of 2018 Irish Law Firm of the Year, recently released another digital solution for its clients: Director Compliance Statement App. The app, which was built by a McCann team using Neota Logic, helps companies comply with Section 225 of the Companies Act 2014 in Ireland. The new app supplements McCann’s previously-released Neota solutions, GDPR Gap Analysis App and Credit Reporting Compliance App — and is part of McCann’s innovative approach to delivering legal services through a blend of services and products.
To support Neota Logic customers using SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, and Office 365, Neota Logic can now be hosted in Microsoft Azure, in addition to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
